Surrending Cats or Kittens?
Please note we have two surrender forms. One for surrendering a cat you own, one for surrendering a community cat you do not own.
Our surrender process:
- Fill out the proper form to get the cat(s) added to our wait list.
- We will receive your form and keep it on file until we have availability.
- Once availability opens up we will reach out to you regarding intake.
- Due to high volume, we will only contact you when we have availability.
This form is not a guarantee that we can take the cats or kittens, but a request to be added to the list.
Surrender, Owner form: use button below when you are the actual owner of the cat(s) being surrendered.
Surrender. Community Cat form: use button below when you do not own the cat but are requesting to surrender as a good Samaritan. Examples: a stray cat or kittens you found, a cat you are surrendering on behalf of someone else, a group of feral or friendly community cats.
